There's not much on the wiki, unfortunately. The series is short (12 episodes). Her backstory scene shows her being bullied when she was younger and the protagonist standing up for her. This encounter led to an intense crush on him, and helped develop her emotional strengths.
The show is about a small group of friends who mysteriously receive superpowers one day, which is fun and sometimes frightening, but there is little use for it in everyday schoolgirl life. The first episode skips six months because they didn't do anything with their abilities except monitor them. Their interpersonal relationships are the story's core, with sweet moments of growth and caring interspersed between the 5 girls relentlessly dragging the (loser) male protagonist.
Strengths:
LOYAL: Hatoko explains the impact Andou had on her in middleschool by saying 'he saved me'. In present day, Andou thanks her for her friendship by saying 'I can't count the number of times you've saved me with your cheerful listening'. As a girl who came close to being devoured by loneliness she has found her place among others as their steadfast support. She is the cheerleader, the one who picks up the gang when they're down, the one who won't give up. She's so pure that her romantic rival remains her close friend without resentment.

SHREWD: call ambulance to get juu to shut up, planning ahead when fighting chifuyu made a new strategy from last time, got hype about competing and had to be taken down a notch from getting overexcited. social awkward, points out tomoyo 'you didn't have to go that far we wouldve stopped' when tomoyo wanted to not draw attention to wanting to show her power off too, difference being hatoko is fine with showing off openly, looking proud of herself

FOLLOWER: asking 'what should we do, what do you think'
insecure, when prez confused love letter, it's tomoyo who speaks up first, figures out what happened asap, hatoko is shaken but doesnt say anything directly to prez, mainly bc she isn't main girl. during 'ignore him' she starts strong but can't maintain it, ofc she wants to talk to him. can't be both talking to him to explain she's ignoring him and be rly ignoring him, she gets confused. she isn't rly invested in hating on him for dating prez like tomoyo is.
unimaginative: when choosing a hero alias her choices were red hatoko, blue hatoko, pink hatoko (goes on for 11 more colours). she doesn't put too much thought into silly or unimportant things, def no overthinking stress here.
mature forward thinking

Powers/Abilities: She can control fire, water, earth, air and lightning. Additionally, combining them creates other element-related substances or events: fire + earth = lava. Wind + water = hurricane.
Other Noteworthy Traits: She's an amazing cook. A sweetheart when caring for children. Surprisingly skilled at tennis, too. One of my favourite aspects of her character is the balance between innocent and clever. Hides her intelligence behind the appearance of an airhead. Believe it.
Weapons & Other Special Inventory:
Uniform, candy in pockets. School backpack with notepad, coloured pencils, tissues, etc. inside. Extra item: bikini, beach ball and teen magazine from the fanservice episode.
Color: Yellow. In the dress-up episode, she wears a mascot costume of the sun. Nothing could be more fitting.

[ OPTIONAL ] World Aspect: Since her world is just Present Day Japan with the minor exception of a fairy war affecting random teens, I'd love to see commonplace things like Don Quixote, Cup Noodle and a matsuri festival or school sports day event.
